A premium home care partner โ not "just a handyman." Owner-operated for over 20 years, and still the same people who show up for every project.
Urban Elements exists so Eastside and Seattle homeowners can stop doing everything themselves and start treating their houses like the sanctuaries they are.
We bring together specialty construction, smart technology, and ongoing home care so you have one trusted partner for every phase of your home's life โ from the first punch-list repair to the sauna, studio, or light remodel you have been planning for years.
We work best with design-conscious Eastside and Seattle homeowners who want their house to feel like a calm, beautiful sanctuary that truly fits their life. Many of our clients are balancing demanding careers and family schedules and want one trusted home partner instead of juggling multiple trades.
Urban Elements is licensed, bonded, and insured for residential work in Washington State. All labor is backed by a one-year workmanship guarantee.
Unwavering commitment to honesty and transparency โ with pricing, timelines, and project scope.
Excellence in every detail. We take pride in work that holds up to daily life and looks intentional for years to come.
Building lasting partnerships with clients. We are here for the long term, not just the next job.
Consistent, dependable service. We show up when we say we will and finish what we start.
Continuous improvement and mastery โ bringing decades of construction and project management experience to every home.
We work on single-family houses only โ no condos, townhomes, apartments, or commercial properties. It lets us go deep on what matters to homeowners.
Urban Elements is run by its founders โ which means you deal directly with the people who care most about the quality and outcome of your project.
Construction lead and co-owner
Kris brings over two decades of residential renovation and commercial construction experience to every Urban Elements project โ with hundreds of completed projects ranging from precision punch-list work to multi-million-dollar luxury residential builds.
Before founding Urban Elements in 2008, Kris spent nearly two decades as a project manager and owner's representative at firms including Schultz-Miller Inc., where he managed luxury residential renovations from $500K to $12M, and Madrona Real Estate Services, where he oversaw retail development and complex residential remediation projects. Prior to that, he served Fortune 500 tenants as an owner's representative through McCaw International, Nextel, and Drugstore.com during the build-out of Seattle's technology corridor.
Kris holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University and completed graduate coursework in Construction Management at the University of Washington. His breadth of experience โ site selection, design coordination, cost management, vendor management, and long-term facilities operations โ means he can see your home the way a developer sees a project: strategically, with a clear plan for what matters most now and what to do next.
Co-owner and client experience lead
Kylie is co-owner of Urban Elements and leads the client experience, business strategy, and brand direction. She's the reason Urban Elements has evolved from a traditional handyman and construction service into a premium, all-in-one home care partner โ one that works for the busy, design-conscious Eastside homeowner who wants their house to feel like a sanctuary, not a source of stress.
Kylie understands from the inside what it means to manage a home, a family, and a demanding professional life at the same time. Her approach to Urban Elements is grounded in that reality: clear communication, honest pricing, and a genuine relationship with every client that outlasts any single project.
Kylie handles intake consultations, project planning, and the home walkthrough process that helps new clients get oriented and make smart decisions about where to start.
