Urban Elements offers home maintenance, repair, and improvement services, which may include but are not limited to inspection, maintenance, light remodels, specialty builds, and general home repairs. The scope of services will be outlined in the service agreement or written estimate provided to the client before work begins.
By requesting a quote or becoming a client, you consent to receive communications from Urban Elements via email, phone, and text message. These communications may include service-related updates, scheduling confirmations, account information, and billing notices. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.

Our standard labor rate is $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum for house calls, plus materials and tax. Larger or complex projects may be quoted at a fixed price. Any work outside the agreed scope is billed at our standard hourly rate. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Urban Elements stands behind our work. If there is an issue with work we completed, contact us within one year and we'll review it and make it right where the issue is related to our labor. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or circumstances beyond our control.
Urban Elements is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the direct cost of the work performed. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington, USA.
Urban Elements reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
